Fleet No. 216 when it first arrived at the musuem 21/11/2017

Things are moving at a nice pace for Fleet No. 216 as the bodywork recieves some tlc.

Next job is the roof and destination blind section of Fleet No. 216.

Time for a quick undercoat and get ready for the paint to be applied.

Fleet No. 216 is taking shape and starting to look like a single decker service vehicle. Windows still need doing, but we had her out and running.

We haven't forgot about the interior either and this is what has been happening inside.

First coat of paint on the lower deck is applied and the bus is barriered off during the open days so that visitors can walk around and see the progress.

Our volunteers have a great sense of humour and it seems that Charlie is the volunteer of the month.

Nearly finished and just a bit more work to do, windows in, wheels and tyres done, bodywork, paint and just a bit more tlc.

The first coat of paint is applied to the upper deck and roof area.
